The launch of HPC’s new MeridianIQ™ platform is here!
MeridianIQ™ combines our 30 years of industry experience in healthcare education spend management, library solutions, and book distribution with the power of AI to bring our valued customers sophisticated analytics, benchmark data insights, enhanced automation, and new features for added convenience. MeridianIQ™ will eventually become the central platform through which HPC’s entire suite of solutions will be available.
MeridianIQ™ will launch in 3 phases beginning with the EducationManager module on October 1, 2026, and new modules for HPC Librarian and BooksourcePlus customers coming later in 2026 and early 2027.

Organizations using HPC’s EducationManager program will be migrated over to the new MeridianIQ™ platform on Oct 1, 2026 to submit and track their educational expense requests for associations, memberships and dues, conferences, courses, subscription resources, books and other training products for HPC’s team to negotiate, secure approval and process payment.
You will be able to login to MeridianIQ™ starting on Thursday, Oct 1, 2026, to resume online requests. If you need to submit a new request between Sep 25 – Sep 30, 2026, you can email your requests to our EducationManager team at associations@hpcinternationalinc.com for assistance.

NOTICE TO CURRENT USERS
Customers using HPC BooksourcePlus for book distribution and ordering through HPC’s online store will continue using the same login page and existing HPC S.M.A.R.T. Hub portal, using the instructions below. A new ordering platform is set to launch in early 2027 within MeridianIQ for BooksourcePlus customers, and further notices and instructions will be sent out closer to that time.
